Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully!

• Choose your sessions carefully. A $15 fee will accompany all registration changes.
• Cancellations made prior to June 1 receive full refunds, less a $75 processing fee.
• Cancellations made after June 1 and received three weeks PRIOR to your child’s session receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations within 3 weeks of your child’s session.

Please do not ask us to make exceptions. While we understand circumstances change, please remember that we are a non-profit and a business. Thank you for your understanding.
