This past fall has been a very productive one for our volunteers. We have seen volunteers young and young at heart come out to help. We’ve had volunteers of all kinds including girls scouts, financial analysts, youth leaders and concerned members of the community. Here are a few of the projects they have worked on this season.
Harvest SW volunteers worked on sectioning off new garden beds for a native plant demonstration garden!
The new 2019-2020 Audubon Youth Leaders have worked on planting trees, pulling invasive plants and harvesting native plant seeds for our native plant nursery!
Our Aramburu Island volunteers pulled invasive plants and trash from the island to pretect the bird habitat!
